About This Line

An espresso bar that pours the same cup all day.

The line is laid out around the barista workflow. Group heads, portafilters and steam wands sit within an arm's reach of the grinder, so a drink moves from dose to tamp to pour to steam without a single wasted step. The hot water dispenser handles americanos and tea on the side.

Consistency comes from stable temperature and pressure. PID control holds the brew water steady, and a twin boiler or heat exchange keeps steam pressure up while the queue builds. At peak, two trained baristas on a two-group machine clear a morning rush without the shots drifting bitter or sour.
