About This Range

Built to cook hard and clean easily.

Our cooking line is fabricated in SS 304 with heavy gauge tops that do not warp under a busy service. Brass burners give a fast, even flame, and the seamless hob and removable cast iron grates wipe down in minutes at close.

Every unit is made to your menu and your space. We size the burners to the pots you use, set the working height to your team, and match the line to the exhaust hood above it so the kitchen stays cool and safe.
