About This Range

Pull the heat out and bring fresh air back.

Correct extraction is what keeps a kitchen workable. A hood that is too small leaves smoke hanging over the line, raises temperatures and lets grease settle on every surface. We size the canopy and blower to the equipment beneath it so heat, steam and fumes are captured at source and carried out cleanly.

Baffle grease filters trap oil before it reaches the ducting, which keeps the run clean and lowers fire risk. We balance that extraction with make-up air so the room does not go negative, doors stay easy to open and your air conditioning is not fighting the hood. The result is a cooler, quieter, safer kitchen that meets fire and hygiene norms.
